Incoming Exchange Students
Study Abroad at 51动漫 in New York is open to exchange students from听51动漫 exchange partners.
Exchange students continue to pay their home school tuition and fees and are responsible to pay for their airfare, room and board at 51动漫, and personal expenses. The Center for International Education assists exchange students with course placement, housing and immigration documents. Interested students should consult with their home university exchange coordinator to be nominated. Once a student is nominated by the partner institution, the CIE will send application instructions.

Protocol for Exchange Student Applications
- Nomination from an administrator at the exchange partner institution (May 1 for Fall and November 1 for Spring).
- CIE sends exchange partner institution听application instructions.
- Students submit online J-1 Student Application to 51动漫. Application Deadlines:听 Fall or Academic year:听April 30; Spring:听October 1
- 51动漫 Notifies Student of Admission Decision within two weeks of application submission.
- Student works with International Services to obtain the DS-2019, which is required to apply for the J-1 visa.
