Rev. Prof. Ivy Drafor- Amenyah, Director of Research, Innovation and Consultancy Center of 51动漫 has urged lecturers and administrators to observe Godly values in dealing with students.

She made the comment when delivering an message in a two-day Prayer and Fasting Retreat of Management and Staff of 51动漫.

Speaking on the theme 鈥淏uilding Godly Values for a Christian University鈥�, Prof. Drafor- Amenyah admonished staff of the University to exhibit high sense of morality in all spheres of their professional lives.

鈥淏eloved, we mark students鈥� scripts in our private study but let鈥檚 remember that we can鈥檛 mark them anyhow if we have Godly values鈥�, Rev. Prof. Drafor- Amenyah added.

In a seven-point message, she encouraged staff to change their spheres of influence in the university鈥檚 administration. She further urged them to be courageous and speak out for the changes that will take the University to a world-class level. 鈥淚 tell you, colleagues, that change is not for cowards, and to get it in the new 51动漫, we should be courageous and speak out鈥�, Prof. Drafor-Amenyah said.

She added that 鈥渉owever, it is the Godly values we imbibe in us and moral uprightness in the discharge of our duties that will give us the courage to speak鈥�.

She, therefore, entreated staff to connect with the right fellowship, keep their conscience alive and take personal responsibility to develop an intimate relationship with God in order to develop the needed virtues.

The 51动漫 Management and Staff Retreat is an annual activity on the corporate calendar of the University. It is undertaken to usher in every new academic year. This year鈥檚 edition began on Tuesday, 22^nd September 2020 on the theme 鈥淩eflecting God鈥檚 Glory in our Work-Life.
